Summary

Joins together the contents of at least two files.

Description

This tool allows the concatenation of several datasets tail to head.

General comments (Warning/Tips)

Check that the input datasets have the same format.
This tool works even if the input datasets do not have the same number of columns.

Input

  • Concatenate Dataset: select the first file to concatenate.
  • Add new Dataset: select other files to concatenate with the first file.

You may click several times on Add new Dataset to concatenate several datasets at a time.

Output

The output is a dataset corresponding to the concatenation of the input files. The format is the same as the one of the input datasets.

Usage Example: concatenating files which belong to the same experiment.

concatenate Dataset: ExperimentBH6_PartA.txt
